Michigan's 4 H Program - Head - Heart - Hands - Health - offers community based learning opportunities. The program is for young people who live in the city as well as those who live in the country. Ponytail Sports
Ponytail Sports is a publication aimed at the female athlete. It provides columns on Title IX, sports nutrition, health and fitness and other articles related to girls and women in sports. It also includes information on summer sports camps and clinics. As well as being available online, hardcopies of Ponytail Sports can be found at a number of organizations throughout the state of Michigan or be obtained by subscription (one year - $20.00). When visiting Ponytail Sports online, click on the photo to see “What’s Inside”. Although aimed at the female athlete, the different organizations listed under the link “CAMPS and CLINICS” also include information related to boys events.
